Everything about The Liberal Federation totally explained

The Liberal Federation was a liberal conservative South Australian political party. It stemmed from the Commonwealth Liberal Party and the Australian Liberal Union's Henry Barwell. Richard Layton Butler was also premier during the party's time. It was the predecessor to the Liberal and Country League, later the Liberal Party of Australia. The party spent 2,201 days in power.
